About Me

I began my career over 30 years ago in the hospitality and tourism industry in Buenos Aires. For two decades, I specialized in Human Resources and leadership within the luxury hospitality sector, working across more than 40 establishments in 20+ countries.

Throughout this journey, I’ve conducted over 35,000 interviews, led 12 transformation and restructuring processes, and worked with professionals from more than 72 nationalities.

Since 2015, I’ve focused on designing and facilitating human-centered strategies for global companies. My goal is always the same: to reconnect individuals and organizations with what truly matters — their people, their values, and their purpose.
